We start every project with cycle-time targets, part variation, operator access, and maintenance needs. The result is a cell that can be installed, adjusted, and supported by the people who run it.
Our engineers combine mechanical fixtures, robot programming, safety hardware, and vision systems into one tested package. Each build includes drawings, backups, training notes, and a service plan.
Most cells are delivered in modular sections so small manufacturers can automate one bottleneck first and expand later as production volume grows.
Founded in 2018
Robot Factory Labs began as a small integration workshop helping local machine shops automate inspection and loading tasks. Today we build practical robot systems for electronics, precision metal, plastics, food packaging, and education customers who need dependable results without a massive automation department.
Built with proven components
We specify commercially available robots, grippers, sensors, PLCs, and safety devices so customers are not locked into a one-off machine. When a part wears out, the replacement should be easy to identify and source.
